There is meat and there is meat, like the market you buy it in, it varies from place to place the level of quality varies, too. My Father, Floyd, always says, "Good meat isn't cheap and cheap meat isn't good." Boy, that is the truth. Our beef comes from Colorado, Texas, Kansas,The Dakotas, Oklahoma and Wyoming. It is table grade beef that is raised for the sole purpose of being made into steak and nothing else. You will NOT find any locally raised "moo cows" in our store. Arkansas does not raise table grade beef. Our pork comes from the area of the United States that raises pork solely for food, no commodity pigs or brood sows are used.
